FAQ
How long do our escape rooms take?
You have 90 minutes to attempt your escape but times vary in practice.
What happens if we run out of time?
We will give you a choice to finish the room with our help. If there are no bookings for the room following yours we may allow a little extra time for you to solve it, if we think you are pretty close.
What happens if we get stuck?
A team member will be monitoring your escape and can provide clues via an in room screen. Clues are available at any time so don't be shy!
Are children allowed?
The minimum age for our rooms is 14. Any minor under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
What do I need to bring with me?
No external items are required, just you and your team. Show up with plenty of enthusiasm!
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellation needs to be made at least 24 hours before your booking to qualify for a refund.
Do you have a function room?
